These Terms apply to Doodle, a desktop application that provides read-only viewing of Gmail messages after authorization by the Google account owner.
Authorization
You may use Doodle only with Google accounts for which you are authorized to grant access.
Permitted use
Doodle is intended to display Gmail messages for the authorized user. You agree not to use the application to violate applicable law, another person's privacy, Google's terms or third-party rights.
Read-only functionality
Doodle is designed to request read-only Gmail access and is not intended to send, delete or modify messages through the Gmail API.
Availability
Doodle is provided on an as-available basis. Functionality may depend on Google services, network availability, account permissions and changes to Google APIs or policies.
